One of the things that severely hampers those who want to succeed in building a successful online business for themselves is fear.
Fear, especially for those who have failed over and over, can become a paralyzing force. Procrastination because you would rather have some modest hope than to be confronted with certain failure is the most potent and virulent one. It renders you inert until it is too late to act. When you are finally in panic mode and all of a sudden doing what you needed to do it is only because you finally feel the furies of your past mistakes coming up on you.
What is the cure?
What do you do?
The cure is to understand the importance of daily action and to banish the idea of doing something tomorrow from your mind.
What you do is start right now doing today what you had planned to do all those days, weeks or months ago.
Understand that you are at war with your poverty. Understand that this is not a game. You do whatever is necessary even if it makes some things harder for a bit.
You do whatever it takes!
You Can Do Those Things Which Will Build Your Business!
If there are people critical of you, well, let that go. You can spend time with them trying to get their approval doing what they think you should do or you can do those things which will build your business.
If there are financial problems eating at you, you can worry about them, possibly apply a temporary patch of some form or other or you can do those things which will build your business.
If you are tired, so tired. I mean the kind of tired where your bones ache and your muscles seem to be spasming and pulling against your joints unbearably. If your worries over your situation have you in actual physical pain you can take your rest upon your bed, escaping your worries for a small moment in the numbness of sleep or you can do those things which will build your business.
I know it may sound like an obvious thing to say, but the cure for all your ills is to simply do what you need to do and do those things which will build your business.
How To Start
First, understand that you are where you are because of decisions you have made.
Please understand. This is not my way of saying your current temporary state of failure is your fault. You may have made bad decisions based on bad information. Ceasing to make bad decisions on bad information is job one, okay? Deciding to get good information so you can make good decisions is job one right this minute. You cannot take good effective steps until you have good effective information. Resolve, right now, that you are going to get good information.
Now, once you have made this decision, act on it. Here are a set of books you should read.
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

Things You Do Not Want To Do
- Develop a television addiction.
- Sleep too long.
- Spend too much time with friends of low ambition or bad character.
- Allow drug or alcohol addictions to numb you to the pain or severity of your situation.
Avoid Addiction to Television
Do not allow yourself to get addicted to more than one television series.
My friend, I love certain television series. They include
- The Walking Dead
- Breaking Bad
- The Sara Conner Chronicles
- Beauty and the Beast on the CW
- The Flash
How many is that? Let’s see… That is seven(7) shows.
That is seven hours of time, time that can never be regained.
What is the value of seven hours a week invested in your business? It is incalculable.
Make your money first. Better yet, make your residual income first, then you can watch TV series whenever you feel like it.
Sleep Is Needed For Health, Energy and Strength, Not Escape
Sleep is needed, for sure, but if you cannot sleep well because of your situation, get up! Do something!
If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. ~Dale Carnegie
They say you will become like your five closest friends. If your five closest friends are all the same boat, you might want to try to inspire them to run with you towards success rather than doing the same old thing you all have been doing.
If they are not game, you need to develop some friendships with folks who can help you succeed. I am not saying abandon your friends. I am saying improve your associations so you can prosper in life and perhaps help you old friends do the same.
Drugs and Alcohol
If you allow drugs and alcohol to blunt the pain of your situation too much, you will dampen the fire of the fears that can be turned into energy and motivation to do the things needed for success.
Whatever needs to be learned, learn it now. The point of this blog is to teach you thing things I have learned from my mentors and from my mistakes, mistakes you don’t need to repeat in order to learn.
Whatever needs to be done, do it now. Do it now so that you can profit sooner rather than later and that horrible, burning stone in your gut that prevents you from real sleep can be extinguished and disposed of.
